How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?
You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.
How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?
Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer at the soonest 72 hours after.
When is rent due/late?
Rent is due on the first of every month. There is a grace period until the 4th of the month. Late fees begin on the 5th.

What is the pet policy?
Summerlinn's townhome community allows up to two pets per apartment. The deposit is $300 per pet. Pet rent is $40 a month total. Visit our neighborhood map for pet-friendly parks and stores.

Yes, Summerlinn Townhomes is a gated community designed to provide an added sense of privacy and neighborhood-style living.
Does the community have a fitness center?
Yes, our fitness center is equipped with an elliptical, treadmill, exercise bikes, bench, weights, floor-mats, exercise and medicine balls, pull-up bar, AC, ceiling fan, tv, and Flow Water.
Is there a clubhouse or resident lounge?
Yes our clubhouse has an entertainment center, kitchen, and fireplace.
Are there walking paths or trails nearby?
Yes! Visit our neighborhood page for some great outdoor options including pet-friendly trails.
Does the community offer a pool or spa?
Yes we have a seasonal outdoor pool and spa.
Does Summerlinn host resident events?

Yes, there is Wi-Fi in the clubhouse and lobby if you'd like to work. We have a pleasant, quiet library as well.
