as we head into December, we’re excited to share a big update at Summerlinn—our clubhouse renovation is officially underway! The former computer room is being transformed into a brand-new conference room designed for our work-from-home residents. We’re always looking for ways to elevate your living experience, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy this refreshed, more functional space. Stay tuned for progress updates!

Annual North Coast Food Drive
It's the most wonderful time of the year—the time for giving! We are thrilled to launch our annual Community Food Drive from December 1st to December 31st. This year, we invite you to donate your non-perishable food items to our beautiful, festive holiday display, located right inside the leasing office. All donations collected throughout December will be delivered to support local families in need. Thank you for helping us spread cheer and kindness this season!

🐾 December's Pet of the Month: Happy Birthday, Primo!
Say hello to December's handsome and distinguished Pet of the Month, Primo! This lovable resident just celebrated his 9th birthday this past November. While he's absolutely adorable, be warned: if you even think about touching his tail, he will give you the legendary side-eye of the century! You'll often spot Primo out on his walks—but never without his favorite toy, as he requires a toy for ALL walks. Be sure to give this sweet birthday boy a wave (from a safe distance from his tail!) when you see him around Summerlinn Apartments!
