On Monday, March 9th, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, fire alarm inspections and fire extinguisher servicing will be conducted at Summerlinn Townhomes West Linn for your safety. To complete this required safety service, our team will need to enter all apartment homes, and a Notice of Entry will be posted in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

You're invited to the Spring Kickoff Social on March 19th from 5-7pm at the clubhouse. We’re celebrating the start of spring with a community get-together! Lemonade & refreshers, spring treats & snack bar + music in the clubhouse.

Taco Bar
Our recent resident event at Summerlinn was such a great time! Delicious taco bar from OC Taco with an incredible spread that brought everyone together over delicious food and great conversation. It was wonderful to see neighbors connecting, laughing, and enjoying the evening — events like these are what make our community so special. We can’t wait for the next one!
