Local Food, Drinks, and Sweets - Feb 19th
Join us Thursday, February 19, from 5:00–7:00 PM for an evening featuring local food, drinks, and sweets. More details will be sent via email soon, so keep an eye out and stay connected. We can’t wait to gather with our townhome community!

Plant Giveaway
One of our favorite moments from January was our plant giveaway featuring Ronnie the Money Tree, sourced from the wonderful local business Wyatt Moon Mercantile. Congratulations to Shannon, our giveaway winner—we hope she enjoys welcoming Ronnie into her home here at Summerlinn Townhomes. We love supporting local and adding a little extra green to our community!

Fresh, simple, and so satisfying. One of our favorite nearby spots, Sushi Kuni is serving up a nigiri special that’s hard to beat. For $39, enjoy a beautifully curated sushi set with 5 pieces of nigiri, one roll, a fresh salad, and miso soup — available for dine-in only. Perfect for a cozy night out or an easy date just minutes from home.
Pet Of The Month
Oscar🐾
Say hello to Oscar, our Pet of the Month and resident ray of sunshine with those curly ears. He absolutely loves the beach and is known for his adorable wiggle-back scratches on the pavement. Oscar goes everywhere with his trusty tennis ball by his side and wouldn’t have it any other way. Be sure to give him a wave if you spot him around the community—he’s always happy to brighten your day!

Annual Food Drive Impact
This year, our communities donated over 27,000 pounds of food to our Annual North Coast Living Winter Food Drive, helping provide thousands of meals to families in need. What begins as a simple act of giving at our properties becomes real nourishment and meaningful impact, making this one of the most important initiatives we take part in each year. Congratulations to our top contributors by pounds per unit—The Lark, Kearney Plaza, and The Gossamer—and special recognition to The Upland, The Margot, and Barham Villas for their outstanding total donations. Thank you to every resident and team member who participated and helped strengthen the communities we call home.
