October is here at Summerlinn, and we have some exciting updates to share! Phase One of our clubhouse renovation is officially complete, and we’re loving the refreshed space. But we’re not finished yet—we’re looking forward to bringing even more upgrades to the community in the next phase. Pie & Cider Night - October 25th
Cozy fall nights are here! Join us at the Summerlinn Clubhouse on October 25 from 6–8 PM for Pie & Cider Night. Stop by for a slice of pie, sip some seasonal cider, and enjoy a cozy evening with your Summerlinn neighbors. We can’t wait to celebrate fall with you! 🍂
Thanks for Joining Us Last Month
Fall, Pizza & Good Company
Last month, we kicked off the season with pizza from Bellagios and plenty of time with our Summerlinn neighbors! We loved seeing so many of you stop by for a slice (or two 😉) and spend the evening with us. Thanks to everyone who joined—we’re already looking forward to the next resident event!

“This is a fantastic place with very nice apartments. My mom lives here and I visit often. She loves it and I am happy knowing that she is in a safe community with good management. The initial tour was with Stephanie who was very helpful and friendly. Shelby manages the community and she is always responsive and pleasant. Dave is great about completing all maintenance requests promptly. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is great. There are wonderful community events hosted regularly and there are very nice on-site amenities, with direct access to beautiful hiking trails. I always enjoy my visits here and my mom is thrilled to call this place home. The team of people running this place genuinely want residents to be happy and feel welcome."

Friendly Parking Reminder: Please remember to park only in designated parking spaces throughout the community. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be at risk of towing, and nobody wants their car to go on an unexpected adventure. Thanks for helping us keep Summerlinn organized and accessible for everyone!

There’s a new taste of the islands in West Linn! Kea Lani Grill & Sushi, located at 2000 8th Avenue, brings together Hawaiian comfort food and Japanese-inspired favorites in a casual, family-friendly setting. The menu includes island-style plates, poke bowls, sushi burritos, ramen, chicken katsu, kalbi steak, grilled pork belly, spam musubi, and more. Todd ❤️
This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Todd, a beloved member of the Summerlinn community! 🐶 Todd loves cats, goes absolutely crazy for burgers 🍔, and has a very important routine of dragging his mom into the office to say hello to the team. We’re always happy to see Todd and his friendly face around the community—and, of course, give him plenty of attention while he’s here!
