September is here, bringing Labor Day weekend, back-to-school season, and the transition into fall in West Linn. We’re excited for a new month at Summerlinn!

Fall Kick-Off! - September 25th
Join us for an evening of pizza, apple cider, hot chocolate, beer, cider, music, cornhole, and raffle prizes! Bring your family and friends, meet your neighbors, and enjoy some fall fun with the Summerlinn community on September 25th 6-8 pm at the newly renovated clubhouse!

End Of Summer Luau
We had so much fun hanging aloha at our Summerlinn End of Summer Luau! Residents enjoyed delicious Hawaiian cuisine from Hina’s Island Grindz & Catering, refreshing drinks served by our bartender poolside, and plenty of sweet treats from the dessert bar. It was the perfect way to soak up the last days of summer, spend time with neighbors, and enjoy a little island-inspired fun right here at home. Mahalo to everyone who joined us!

Clubhouse Renovation: Our clubhouse refresh is officially underway! Renovations began on August 24 and are scheduled to be completed by September 19. We appreciate your patience during the process and can’t wait to welcome you back into the updated space.
Keeping Summerlinn Beautiful: As we move through this busy season, we kindly ask everyone to help keep our shared spaces and common areas clean and welcoming. Please remember to pick up after yourself, properly dispose of trash, and leave community spaces ready for your neighbors to enjoy. A little care from everyone goes a long way in keeping Summerlinn a beautiful place to call home! 💛

Link is the sweetest little guy who absolutely loves playtime! 🥰 He’s also perfectly happy being held like a baby, which makes him even more adorable. As Link gets more confident, he’s started hopping around on his walks, showing off his happy little personality and enjoying every adventure.
