August Resident Event

 End of Summer Luau - August 21st

Join us on August 21st from 5pm-8pm as we celebrate an amazing summer with the Summerlinn community and our HOA neighbors! Enjoy an evening of delicious Hawaiian cuisine from Hina's Island Grindz & Catering, refreshing drinks, live entertainment, and plenty of island vibes. Bring your family, meet your neighbors, and celebrate the season together with great food, fun, and community. We can't wait to see you there!

Community Updates

Our fob system upgrade is currently underway. If you haven't stopped by the leasing office with your current fob, please contact us as soon as possible so we can ensure your access remains uninterrupted. We'll also be updating the community gate codes during August. Please keep an eye on your email for announcements and instructions as these changes are implemented. Thank you for your cooperation!

Pet Of The Month

Otis

Meet Otis, our lovable Pet of the Month! ❤️ Otis is a 16-pound love bug—though you'd never guess he's that heavy! His favorite way to show affection is by gently head-butting the people he loves, all in hopes of getting his favorite thing in the world: forehead kisses.

His name was inspired by the classic movie Milo & Otis, with Otis being the adorable pug from the film. Just like his namesake, Otis is full of charm, personality, and endless love. Whether he's asking for cuddles or sharing sweet head bumps, Otis is always ready to brighten someone's day. Congratulations, Otis, on being our Pet of the Month!

Before heading home, take a quick moment to throw away any trash, return furniture or games if you've moved them, and bring your trash bins back in after collection day. These small acts of consideration help keep our community clean, safe, and enjoyable for your neighbors.
