Summer is in full swing at Summerlinn. As we head into a busy and sunny season, we’re preparing for our annual dryer vent cleaning in July—residents will receive advance notice with scheduled dates and entry details as we get closer. We’re also kindly asking everyone to help us keep shared spaces enjoyable for all by cleaning up after use in the pool, BBQ, and common areas. A little extra care goes a long way in keeping Summerlinn clean, welcoming, and a place we can all be proud to call home.

Ice Cream Social - July 11th
Join for a sweet summer treat! Our Ice Cream Social will be held on July 11th from 1:00–3:00 PM in the clubhouse. Come cool off, connect with neighbors, and enjoy a fun afternoon together—we look forward to seeing you there!

Summer Kickoff
Summer started the best way we know how—poolside with great food and even better company. A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Summer Kickoff Pool & BBQ Party! It was wonderful seeing residents come together to enjoy the sunshine, connect with neighbors, and celebrate the start of the season.

Celebrating America in West Linn
Celebrate America's 250th birthday this Fourth of July with family, friends, and community! Head just a few minutes away to Oregon City's Fourth of July Community Celebration at the End of the Oregon Trail, featuring live music, food vendors, family activities, and a spectacular laser light show beginning around 9:45 PM. It's a fun way to celebrate Independence Day close to home. Looking ahead, don't miss the West Linn Old Time Fair, where another weekend of live music, great food, entertainment, and hometown tradition keeps the summer celebrations going.

Jordan
Meet Jordan, he is absolutely thrilled about his spotlight moment! Even though he weighs less than 4 pounds, Jordan confidently acts like he’s in charge of the entire neighborhood. He’s incredibly smart and knows lots of commands, especially when treats are involved (which means he’s always happy to show off his tricks). Jordan also has a special superpower—he can win people over in just a few seconds, and it’s nearly impossible to walk past him without smiling.

Support The Digital Summer Food Drive
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29–July 29, helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At Summerlinn, donations will benefit Feeding America, providing critical resources to families throughout Oregon. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.
