summer is here, and we hope you’ve had a chance to enjoy our newly updated pool furniture as we kick off another great pool season at Summerlinn! We also wanted to share that upcoming preventative maintenance visits will be scheduled throughout the community in the coming weeks. During these visits, our team will complete routine inspections, replace filters, and address follow-up items related to recent fire safety inspections. Please keep an eye out for future emails and notices of entry as scheduling details are finalized. We truly appreciate our residents!
June Resident Event
Summer Kick Off — June 13th
An afternoon of sunshine, great food, and community fun! Residents are invited to stop by the clubhouse area to meet neighbors, connect with the team, and celebrate the start of summer together. We’ll be serving BBQ favorites including hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, drinks, and a sweet treat to enjoy from 1pm-3pm. We look forward to bringing everyone together for a relaxing and fun-filled afternoon!

Our Cinco de Mayo nacho bar was such a hit; the talk around the property has been: when’s the next one?! Don’t worry, we’re already cooking up something for June 13th.

Willamette Coffee House
A longtime locally owned coffee shop in Historic Willamette known for community involvement, welcoming atmosphere, and support of local causes opened as early as 5am. The owners are West Linn locals and have partnered with charitable organizations to help fund clean water projects.
Pet Of The Month
Maddox
Maddox is always down for a good adventure, most recently moving cross-country from Florida to Oregon. Some of his favorite scenic views included the epic Grand Canyon and experiencing snow for the first time at Yosemite National Park! He enjoys wrestling with his little (human) sister and loves a good pup cup outing. If you walk by our house you may hear him say "hello," as he likes to keep a gauge on the neighborhood happenings from our window.

Raising the Standard of Resident Experience

Last week, 25 North Coast leaders, including Regional and Senior Business Managers, gathered in San Diego for a two-day Train the Trainer program in partnership with Moran Consulting, a nationally recognized customer service and culture change firm. The training focused on the moments that matter most in apartment living, from leasing tours and renewals to maintenance follow-up and resident communication. These leaders are now bringing those tools and service standards back to their communities across the portfolio, helping create an even stronger resident experience company-wide.
