Welcome to May at Summerlinn. Pool season is almost here with our pool opening on Memorial Day, and we’re looking forward to warmer days ahead. As you continue scheduling maintenance requests, please note your availability or include permission to enter when submitting work orders so our team can complete requests as efficiently as possible. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly.

Nacho Bar - May 5th
Nacho Bar Night at Summerlinn. Join us May 5 from 6:00–8:00 PM for a fun evening with a build-your-own nacho bar and refreshing virgin margaritas. Come hungry and enjoy time with your neighbors—we hope to see you there.

Greek Bites
Our April resident event with Greek Bites was a great success. Residents came together to enjoy delicious food, connect with neighbors, and spend a relaxed evening in the clubhouse. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a memorable night.
